Astoundingly charismatic, incredibly popular ALP figure Con Sciacca, who was quite devastatingly effective as shadow immigration minister under Kim Beazley, especially during the Tampa crisis (note: ironic overkill), had his seat of Bowman redistributed to notional Lib status, and so has skipped over to the neighbouring, brand new Bonner.
