Yanqui import Charles is retiring. Look at the big Labor votes in '84 and '87 (first two dots on graph). La Trobe a similar demographic to Lindsay in Sydney - outskirts, semi-rural, mortgage belt etc.

Word is that Labor has designs this time, and this is just the type of voter that Latham is supposed to appeal to. But don't hold your breath.
